Amy is a recipe developer, photographer, the voice behind the blog Healthy Little Foodies and a Mum to two boys, Finn and Rory.
Originally from Scotland, she is currently living in Sydney, Australia and loving it! Amy studied a BSc(Hons) in Food Science and Marketing. While at University, she wrote a report on the Marketing of Food to Children. She was quite shocked at the way junk food was promoted to young children. Fast forward 15 years and, although some things have improved, she is still amazed at how foods loaded with sugar are targeted at toddlers and older kids. She is a passionate label reader, an advocate for kids getting involved in the kitchen and provides recipes containing veges, fruits and no refined sugar.
Amy's blog allows her to combine her two passions, food and kids, and stay at home with her boys while she builds it.
