You can return any item* within 14 days of receipt of goods.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty we will replace or refund it. Please contact us at hello@littlestylehub.com with details of the problem including photo proof and return the damaged item within 14 days of receipt. Once your return has been assessed and processed you will receive an email to the address you gave at the time of ordering, notifying you that you have been refunded. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method you used to purchase ie. Credit card. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

 

Returns 

If you’d like to return an item for another reason, please email us at hello@littlestylehub.com and we will organise this for you.  You will be given a refund to the value of the item once the item has been received by the appropriate seller. Please be aware that any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received and can not be responsible for lost goods. 

All items being returned must be sent within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition and packaging. If these requirements are not met, the seller reserves the right to deny a return.

 

*Items which are customised or made to order are not able to be returned.
